Biography

Paige Goodwin is a legal professional in the pharmaceutical industry specializing in corporate law and intellectual property. She is currently the Vice President Business Development and Head of Transactions at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, where she has led the negotiation and execution of multiple strategic business development acquisitions. Prior to joining Vertex, Paige worked as an Associate representing early-stage life science companies at Ropes & Gray LLP and Cooley LLP. She holds a Doctor of Law degree from Boston University, and studied Biology and Psychology at Dalhousie University as an undergraduate.
